nba.com has a lot of good stuff on it, but something about it feels a little messy when I’m trying to find scores or jump to a team page. The menus can be slow to load for me too. It’s not awful or anything, just kind of annoying sometimes...

NBA works fine for me most of the time, and when the streams are available, they usually run okay. But the blackout rules are really frustrating. I don’t mind paying for games, but it feels unfair to pay and then find out certain ones are blocked where I live. I get that there are rights and local TV deals involved, but I wish they made the restrictions much clearer before you buy.

I use nba.com here and there to check scores, watch highlights, and look at merch, and the site itself is decent. It does what you need, but the prices can feel a little much for a regular fan.

I found a shirt I liked, but by the time shipping and all the extra costs showed up, I just closed the cart. What made it more annoying was that if you have a question, it feels like you’re stuck clicking around with no actual human to talk to.

I’ll probably still use the site when I want to keep up with games or browse stuff, but I wish the overall value was better. And it would be nice if getting help didn’t feel so automated and disconnected.

I mostly use nba.com to see which games are on and where I can watch them. It’s been solid for that, tbh, even on nights when there are tons of matchups happening.
The schedule is easy to skim, and the game pages usually update fast. Sometimes I do have to click around a little more than I’d like, but it’s not a huge deal lol.
The best part for me is that I don’t end up missing games. Everything’s in one spot, so it saves me time and makes it way easier to keep up

Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

I was trying to watch a game on nba.com League Pass and for some reason it just would not show up, so I reached out to support kind of expecting the usual slow back and forth where nobody really knows what is going on, but it went way better than I thought.

The person who answered was friendly, checked my account, asked a couple things, and after a little back and forth they got it fixed without making me feel like I was bothering them, so yeah, solid support experience overall.

My League Pass renewed without any real issues, and when I checked the charge, it was clear enough to understand. I do wish the reminder email had shown up a little earlier, because I like having more time to decide what I’m doing. That said, when I looked into changing my plan or cancelling, the process wasn’t difficult, so overall it was mostly fine

Every now and then it takes a second to get going, but once it starts... yeah, it looks really good. Overall, I’m happy with it.
